Release Your Moves (R.Y.M)
is a youth dance company that encourages the development of young talent from ages 11-17year olds.
It was founded in 2020 by Lishan Dyer.
‘R.Y.M’ Youth main aim is to encourage young people to develop self-confidence and to build up their self-esteem through dance. R.Y.M youth dance company aims to provide a safe space for the youth to explore and express their emotions through dance.
Every Wednesday 6.30-8pm they will learn a new fun routine where they can show of their moves.
